We offer a generous Free Tier that includes 3 free website audits across all 14 diagnostic dimensions. We strongly encourage all users to utilize this free tier to fully evaluate WebAudit and ensure it meets your needs before upgrading to a paid subscription.
Because we provide a comprehensive free tier for evaluation, and our paid plans (such as the Founding Starter access) involve significant computational resources for deep server-side diagnostics and historical tracking, all payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds, prorated or otherwise, for unused time on a subscription, accidental purchases, or a change of mind.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., the end of your monthly term). After that, your account will downgrade to the free tier, and you will not be charged again.
In rare cases, if there is a verified billing error or duplicate charge caused by our payment processor, we will investigate and issue a refund for the erroneous charge. Please contact us within 7 days of the charge if you believe an error has occurred.
